Initial Consultation:

• Free of charge

Birth Doula Services:

• Two prenatal visits

• Assistance with writing an effective birth plan

• Continuous support during your labor and birth (includes massage, positioning, and use of my birth ball and rice socks.)

• Assist you with the initial breast feeding

• One postpartum visit in the hospital or your home

• Unlimited phone support

• On call 24 hours a day beginning 2 weeks prior to your due date.
